Can’t Touch This, Don’t Do That

Joel Salatin and I share a frustration.  Some of the things he wants to do, the government won’t let him.  Call it failing to refrain from thinking about doing something.
For example:
He can’t process his own meat.
He can’t charge for tours of his farm.
He can’t engage in collaboration with his neighbors.
